Immanuel's Martha & Mary Comfort Ministry ("A ministry of hand-made comfort with prayer") makes shawls and lap robes for people under stress due to illness, loss, or other events in their lives, giving them a tangible reminder of our prayers. We also provide baptismal blankets for infants/children when they receive the Sacrament of Holy Baptism. The "M&M" members often work on their projects at home, but we do meet twice a year for fellowship, to turn in finished projects, and pick up supplies for new ones.
The "M&M"s will be meeting in the social hall on Saturday, October 6, from 9 to 11:30AM. Would you like to participate in this outreach ministry? Come join us. All skill levels are welcome! Question? Contact the church office at 425-252-7038 or email@example.com.
